This route requires a higher level of fitness and stamina and in adverse weather could be physically demanding.
The section on foot is 9km, and has a height gain of 322m.
On the water, the canoe section has a maximum length of 12km.
The bike route is 37km long with a maximum height gain of 990m.
This year, a new and exciting compulsory activity will be introduced for the first time.
This will be in the form of an obstacle course which will include elements of climbing, crawling, pushing and lifting. Your strength, fitness and stamina will be tested!
