Abseil - changes

Abseil rules and scoring have been amended – please re-read relevent sections on website. The Changes are necessary owing to the number of teams signed up for the event; we cannot afford to let people do the abseil more than once and hence the new penalty system.
Please ensure you regularly check all the website pages for updated information.
