Challenge Route Information |

| Central to all stages of the Samworth Brothers Charity Challenge will be the event base at Glenridding cricket ground and pavilion. Routes for the Tough and Super Tough levels will utilise the lake at Ullswater and the Helvellyn mountain range. The main differences between the two routes are increased distances and height gains, as detailed on the specific links below. | |||
| The format of the challenge is as follows:
On arrival on Friday evening, teams will receive their challenge packs containing the order in which they are undertaking the bikes, mountain and canoe sections, plus a route map for the first activity showing essential checkpoints to be reached. Prior to the start, all participants will meet at Glenridding cricket ground. On completion of an activity section, teams must check in at the central control desk; only then will a route map and checkpoints for the next stage be provided. All competitors will be provided with a numbered bib for their team, which must be worn at all times during the challenge. |
