This is a timed team event for both the Tough and Super Tough routes. There will be 3 control desks located at the cricket pavilion relating to each activity. There will be one additional control desk at the edge of the lake for the canoe section.
- Teams will discover the order they will be undertaking the challenge activities the evening before the event.
- All team members need to check-in together at the appointed control desk, before commencing an activity section. Additionally, all team members must check-in together again at the control desk on completion of that section for their time to be registered.
- During each activity phase, teams must check-in together at a number of manned control points. At these locations on the route teams will receive verification tokens, from a member of the support team, which must be handed in at the appropriate control desk on completion of that activity.
- There is a maximum of 25 minutes 'rest' between activity sections allowing teams to re-stock with water, food etc and use toilets, change socks etc. For every extra minute used beyond the allowed 25 minutes you will have 5 minutes added to your overall time.
- Please note - The time taken between finishing the canoe section and returning to the pavilion to start your next section is part of your allocated 25 minutes. This is the same for every team.
